Q. How will I be charged?
A. Everything is pre-paid. All billing processes are handled by a trusted third-party corporation. Everydoggy Poops LLC will never have access to your payment information and only has the authority to charge invoices specific to your account. You will be charged for your initial scoop (or spring cleaning) the morning of your service. Your first subscription invoice will be a partial payment and will be charged the morning of your first scoop. All subsequent subscription invoices will be for regular price and will be charged on the first of the month.
Q. Do I have to get an initial scoop or spring cleaning?
A. . Unless your yard has been maintained up until the start of service, yes.
Q. What is the difference between an initial scoop and spring cleaning?
A. . Initial cleanings cover up to 2 months of accumulated waste. Anything that hasn’t been maintained for up to 6 months (for one dog) up to 4 months (for multiple dogs) qualifies as a spring cleaning.
Q. Why should I bother scooping, won’t the rain wash it away?
A. The short answer is technically yes, eventually it will. However, while it’s there it stinks, and it only creates more problems. Dog waste can contain bacteria and parasites that can harm other animals, as well as excess nitrogen that can kill plants those animals need to survive. A lot of these contaminants can also be transmitted to humans, especially children.
