• On your scoop day you will receive an ‘on the way’ text from your scooper that will include an estimated time of arrival

• After your scooper arrives they will scan the designated scoop area and ensure all poop gets removed

• Then your scooper will dispose of the poop, double bagged to eliminate odor, in your outdoor trash bin

• You will soon receive a ‘job completion’ text with a photo of your closed gate so you can let the dogs back out

If you sign up for any pet service besides scooping we will schedule an introductory meeting with you and your pet(s) before the start of service or any charges. If you would like additional services, but do not want waste removal service, please email us and let us know and we will manually remove it from your invoice.
